About the Position

As a Counselor at Holistic, Inc., you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team of clinicians, medical staff, and office personnel. You will be responsible for providing direct clinical treatment services to clients using individual, group, family, and couples therapy. You will also perform admission functions by interviewing applicants and assessing their physical, psychological, social, and vocational status.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology (LPC or LICSW)

• Licensure by appropriate state body

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a drug and alcohol focus

• Experience with group and individual counseling

• Proficiency in basic and advanced substance abuse treatment skills using EBP

• Excellent writing/documentation skills

• Organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with electronic health records   

• Proficiency using computers and programs
